There is a new restaurant called Cuchillo, which means knife in Spanish, is coming to Gastown. The restaurant is located at 261 Powell Street, Vancouver. Cuchillo will serve Latin American food with a modern twist. There is no set opening day yet, but it should be open by the end of May.
