A new ramen restaurant, called Marutama Ramen, is coming to Vancouver. Marutama is a chain that has multiple locations all across Asia. Marutama specializes in ramen made with chicken broth, as opposed to the more common pork based broths.
Marutama will be located at 780 Bidwell Street. According to Vancity Buzz, they are opening soon, but there is no set opening day yet.
