A new restaurant called Pidgin is coming to Gastown. The restaurant is located at 350 Carrall Street and the name was inspired by the Pigeon Park on the same street. The restaurant is set to open in late 2012 before Christmas.
According to a Scout Magazine interview with the owner, Makoto Ono, the restaurant concept is a fusion of Japanese, French, and Korean cuisine. The restaurant will feature share plates ranging in size priced from $10-$25 each.
