White Water Snacks is a quick counter service restaurant that is located in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. They serve your typical American fare and they are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On an early morning my family came here for a quick breakfast before we were off to the parks for the day.
I ordered the American breakfast ($6.99) that came with scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes, and grapes (I clearly hadn’t had a coffee yet because I squirted ketchup everywhere before taking a picture).
The bacon had a nice crisp texture and the eggs were light and fluffy. I also enjoyed the pan fried potatoes as opposed to greasy hash browns. I would have been satisfied with my meal, however, all the items on the plate were cold and they had clearly been sitting around for a while. It’s disappointing because the food itself didn’t taste bad and it could have been much better had it been served warm.
I have mixed feelings about White Water Snacks. For a place that is supposed to be quick, we actually had to wait a while for our food to come out and when it did, it was cold. The food itself wasn’t horrible though, and it is pretty affordable, but I wouldn’t bother returning.
Recommendation:
No, the food was cold and slow.

The bacon/egg/cheese biscuit sandwich is excellent!
