Vancouver’s first video game themed restaurant, EXP, has opened this past weekend. The restaurant will feature video game inspired decor, food, and drinks. The restaurant is located at 309 West Pender.
Originally the restaurant planned to have game consoles so people could play games while they ate and drank, but because of stringent BC liquor laws, they weren’t allowed to have games there. EXP plans to continue to lobby the BC government to change liquor laws so that one day customers may be able to play video games in their restaurant.
