Earlier this year, SFU announced that they are going to revamp the food services at the Burnaby campus by adding new vendors and completely renovating Mackenzie Cafe. SFU has released a behind the scenes video of the renovation process and Mark McLaughlin, the executive director for SFU ancillary services, gives everyone an idea of the types of food that will be served in the new cafeteria.
I’m excited about the possibility of being able to get fresh sushi and pho in the cafeteria. The thing I’m most looking forward to though, is the option of all day breakfast.
