Veg Fest Vancouver is a vegetarian festival that is taking place this summer on Saturday August 4, 2012. The festival runs from 11am-7pm on Granville street between Robson and Georgia.
At the festival, there is a variety of non-profit organizations that have booths and there are lots of food vendors too. A few vegan bakeries and vegetarian restaurants/stores will have stands there with food products to sell.

I’ve never felt better since being a vegetarian. Much better for the environment, too. Looking forward to this event..Vancouver is severely lacking in the vegetarian restaurant dept.; at least compared to LA.
