You know Christmas is officially on its way when Starbucks launches their holiday drinks. I love sitting in a cozy Starbucks corner during the cold winter holidays because it has such a great festive ambiance. The gingerbread latte, peppermint mocha, eggnog latte, and caramel brulee latte were all launched yesterday. Starbucks has also busted out the cute red holiday cups and holiday merchandise.
My favourite Christmas drink is the Gingerbread latte. I love gingerbread spices and this drink is so warming and festive. I find it tastes similar to the pumpkin spice latte because they both use nutmeg so if you like that drink you will like this one.
The caramel brulee flavour was added to the holiday line of drinks more recently. I also really enjoy this drink and its great as a frap. They use “caramel brulee sauce” which has a caramely toffee nut flavor in the drink. It’s topped with little bits of caramel brulee which are crunchy and sweet.
What is your favourite Starbucks holiday drink?
I like the Peppermint White Latte – will try the new Caramel Brule Latte. It looks interesting.
I really like it, I suggest trying it if you like caramel and sweet drinks. The little pieces of caramel candy on top are yummy.
